At Custom Blanks, each item is created specifically for you. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and personalized items are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Custom embroidery
  2. Pet photo embroidery
  3. Name or text embroidery
  4. Photo-based designs
  5. Custom colors, sizes, or placements
  6. BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloth) embroidery services

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom items once an order has been placed.

🧵 Bring Your Own Cloth (BYOC) Policy

For BYOC services:

  1. Customers provide their own garments for embroidery.
  2. Embroidery is done at the customer’s own risk.
  3. We are not responsible for fabric damage, shrinkage, or wear caused by embroidery limitations.
  4. BYOC services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Design Approval & Errors

  1. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details (spelling, names, colors, sizes) before placing an order.
  2. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during ordering.
  3. Minor variations in stitching, thread color, or placement may occur and are part of the handmade/custom process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
