At Custom Blanks, each item is created specifically for you. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and personalized items are final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom embroidery
- Pet photo embroidery
- Name or text embroidery
- Photo-based designs
- Custom colors, sizes, or placements
- BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloth) embroidery services
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom items once an order has been placed.
🧵 Bring Your Own Cloth (BYOC) Policy
For BYOC services:
- Customers provide their own garments for embroidery.
- Embroidery is done at the customer’s own risk.
- We are not responsible for fabric damage, shrinkage, or wear caused by embroidery limitations.
- BYOC services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Design Approval & Errors
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all details (spelling, names, colors, sizes) before placing an order.
- We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during ordering.
- Minor variations in stitching, thread color, or placement may occur and are part of the handmade/custom process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
